Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Custom Stitches. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Approval
All orders must be approved by the customer before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details carefully, including spelling, design, sizing, and quantities, and ensure all artwork and specifications are correct. Once approval has been given, the order will be processed based on the confirmed design.

Payment Terms
Payment is required in full once artwork or design has been approved. Production will only begin once payment has been received, and no goods will be produced or dispatched until payment is cleared.

Production & Turnaround
Production times will be confirmed at the time of ordering and may vary depending on order size, product type, and workload. While we aim to meet agreed timelines, delays may occasionally occur. Custom Stitches will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the personalised nature of the products.

Personalised Products
All personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable except where items are faulty, incorrect, or there is an error caused by Custom Stitches. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all approved artwork is accurate. Custom Stitches will not be held responsible for spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect details once artwork has been approved.

Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and designs provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use the design and permission to reproduce any logos or branded materials provided. Custom Stitches accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements relating to customer-supplied artwork.

Use of Images for Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Custom Stitches reserves the right to photograph completed products and use images of your items, including branding and logos, for marketing and promotional purposes across social media, website content, and advertising. If you do not wish for your products to be featured, you must inform us in writing prior to production.

Liability
Custom Stitches will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties such as couriers, or errors in customer-approved artwork. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
